1 ) DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY
It has a team of well experienced teaching and non-teaching faculties and three well equipped laboratories. 1) Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry Lab 2) Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry Lab and 3) Medicinal Chemistry of Lab.  

2 ) DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL ANALYSIS
It is one of the Post graduate departments, imparting Post graduation in Pharmaceutical Analysis. It has a well equipped laboratory with all modern, sophisticated instruments like FTIR, UV –Spectrophotometer and HPLC. Sufficient number of supportive equipments like Polarimeter, pH meter, Digital Balance etc. are also available for each of the P.G. students to carryout his practical or research works. Necessary drugs and chemicals for practicals and research are made available in adequate quantities.  

3 ) DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICS

It is also a Post graduate department imparting M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics). Four laboratories are attached to this department 1) Pharmaceutics Lab-I 2) Pharmaceutics Lab-II 3) Industrial Pharmacy Lab and 4) Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Lab. All these labs are well equipped with needed equipments like 16 station Rotary Tablet punching machine, Dissolution apparatus etc 
4 ) DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACOGNOSY
This department has two laboratories both of them are well equipped and furnished with adequate crude drugs, chemicals and solvents for extraction. Many extraction units of large sizes are available for carrying out research works. A medicinal garden is attached to the department, which has more than 70 species of different medicinal herbs. A well equipped museum is functioning under the control of this department.  
5 ) DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACOLOGY
It is also a Post graduate department imparting M.Pharm (Pharmacology).This department has a laboratory and an animal house under its control. The laboratory has all needed equipments as per statuary requirements. It has a well built, Air Conditioned Modern animal house, with adequate animals for Pharmacological screening. An Ethics Committee is functioning as per the rules with a veterinary Doctor as its advisor and member to look after the welfare of the animals.
